Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Disability Support Worker to provide support for an adult client. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to children with ASD to achieve their goals and maximise their potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support in daily living activities such as **personal care, feeding, cooking **and dressing, as required
- Collaborate with other team members, including therapists, educators, and medical professionals, to provide coordinated care and support for children with ASD
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the support provided and progress made towards achieving goals

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children with ASD and their families
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract

**Salary**: $32.00 - $67.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work
