We have an exciting opportunity for a **Production & Sourcing superstar** to join our team in our Melbourne Head Office based in Richmond.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- The main function of the Production & Sourcing Co-ordinator is to ensure bulk production meets the critical milestones via direct liaison with our apparel and denim suppliers
- Take ownership of all production to understand fully the status of all orders and the requirements to meet deliveries on time
- Manage critical paths and production schedule with suppliers.
- Maintain clear and regular communication on the status of orders/samples to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate daily tasks and workload to team members to ensure timely bulk deliveries
- Liaise regularly with suppliers and build strong positive working relationships to ensure consistent and regular workload

**ABOUT YOU**
- A positive can do attitude
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An understanding of the production life cycle and critical path management
- Ability to work autonomously & self manage time effectively
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Flexible and Adaptable
- be able to re-prioritise workload based on business priorities
- Strong Communicator
- ability to form relationships across the business with both internal and external stakeholders
