**About you**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities as well as the ability to prioritise
tasks.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Electrical product and service knowledge is highly regarded, but not required.

**About this role**:

- Assist the Service and Maintenance division by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
