**Some of the specifics**
- Telstra Store Sunbury - Shop T27, Sunbury Square Shopping Centre, 2-28 Evans Street, Sunbury VIC 3429
- Casual Position Available
- Store Hours: Monday to Wednesday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Thursday & Friday 9:00am - 6:30pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm

**Duties**
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Effective communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
