**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Victorian State Manager, the Field Supervisor is responsible for site measures, quality control, customer service, installation and maintenance. This will be achieved by ensuring the daily installation schedule is completed in full and to a consistent quality standard, undertaking quality control and accurate site measures, working closely with the VIC Scheduler and providing quality customer service and support.

This is a full-time position, based in our Victorian Office in Croydon, with travel to building sites across Melbourne and surrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support to drive a safe and successful Victorian installation schedule
Manage and resolve customer needs including installation warranty and service items
Conduct accurate final measures of stairs
Complete data entry on measures and installations completed
Implement regular quality reviews and control measures
Provide technical advice and support to the installation team
Assist in facilitating regular toolbox meetings with the installation team
Facilitate onboarding and training to new sub-contractors and/or employee installers
Build and maintain customer relationships to support customer satisfaction and repeat sales.

**Value you will bring to the role**:
Qualification and experience in carpentry and/or joinery essential
Knowledge of staircase installation advantageous
Current drivers licence
Knowledge of WHS practices
Knowledge of installation procedures and tradesmanship
Ability to read and interpret building plans
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate instructions
Intermediate computer skills
Team player with a positive can-do attitude
