**The Role**:

- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and provide professional recommendations for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and reconditioning requirements.
- Oversee and monitor the performance of key departments, including preparation, sublet repairs, and cosmetic corrections, to ensure vehicles meet company standards and timelines.
- Schedule service and reconditioning appointments, allocating resources efficiently to meet customer and operational needs.
- Coordinate with service technicians, preparation teams, and sublet providers to provide accurate estimates and timelines for work.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service and reconditioning process, providing progress updates, and advising of any changes.
- Complete all required documentation, including work orders and invoices, accurately and within set timeframes.

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive technician is highly regarded
