**About the role**
We have been building a centralised talent acquisition function from the ground up and we are looking for a TA Advisor to join our People Solutions (HR) team to support our next phase of transformation and organisational growth. This is a hybrid working model with 2-3 days onsite at our Eagle Farm, QLD office.
You will also manage our TA dashboard and monthly/ad-hoc reports/scorecards and provide relevant commentary to tell the story of the data for the business units you support. To keep our TA policies/procedures up-to-date and inline with best practice, we will support you to keep abreast of legislation and trends for continuous improvement and industry insights.
**What do we need from you?**
- Proven high-volume, generalist TA experience gained in medium-to-large organisations with diverse workforces
- Be a real people person with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders of various levels of seniority and diversity
- Expertise in social recruiting, RecTech and content writing
- A passion for data with experience of maintaining appropriate TA metrics and reports
- Tech-savvy with intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience of implementing/refreshing onboarding and employer branding/EVP initiatives will be highly regarded
