A leading hoists and cranes company are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join a great team.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by expansion of customer base, increasing volume and profitability from existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager (BDM) team and other internal teams to ensure successful project acquisition and operation.

Responsibilities will include:

- Grow existing customer accounts through increasing volume and profitability
- Be proactively involved from client meetings (lunches or events), to tendering through to project acquisition and entire project handling and operation through an in-house partnership with engineering, business development and operations teams
- Manage client expectations to the best of your ability. Build a true customer mindset with a proactive approach to delivering results
- Analyze budgets and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process
- Understand the business as a whole to truly be able to represent the company and its products successfully
- Provide support to sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Prepare reporting and presentations for both internal and external purposes

About you:

- Hoist experience desired
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Market/product knowledge
- Computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Suites
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Willing to travel interstate or work on weekends to attend client functions

Salary of up to $130,000 + Super, along with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization.
