Due to our continued success, Synaco are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **Recruitment Resourcer** to join our growing team in East Brisbane.

**About the role**:
**Duties**:

- Telephone screening of potential applicants
- Working closely with fellow Consultants and Account Managers
- Reference checking
- Database Management and Administration

**To be successful in this position, you will ideally have**:

- Ability to communicate with people of all levels.
- Dedication and a desire to succeed and progress your career.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to be accountable and perform in team environment
- Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

This role will be based in our Morningside office with free parking on site.

Whilst recruitment experience is great, it is not a must as we will be teaching you our ways of Recruitment.
