Associate Director, Enterprise Tax Advisory

Our** Tax Advisory team** supports clients managing their compliance and looking ahead to plan for their continued business success and growth. We are equipped to decisively deliver new ways of thinking, big-picture perspectives and acute insights that help clients make informed decisions.

**Your Opportunity**
- Provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients which includes family groups, trusts and partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and mid-market companies.
- Further develop your technical expertise working across services including tax and accounting compliance and business/tax advisory.
- Play a key role across the full scope of client engagements including regular client contact and attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders.
- Be a part of the wider KPMG Enterprise group and gain exposure to working alongside our advisory business as we work to fulfil our clients needs
- Work with a Personal Development Manager on your career growth and personal goals.
- Develop your skills across a broad range of tax issues or specialise in a chosen field.
- Grow as a mentor and develop managerial skills, overseeing team members, encouraging their continued professional development.

- Experience in Tax, Accounting or Business Services with the willingness to learn and develop your skills across the sector
- You will be able to demonstrate an ability to keep up to date and understand any changes to taxation law and accounting standards.
- Solid tax and accounting technical / systems capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills will be key as you develop relationships with key stakeholders among our clients.
- A client centric approach and ability to understand your clients’ business.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications such as CA or CPA (or equivalent).
