**Tax Advisory roles**

- **At least two (2) ongoing and one (1) fixed term (up to 18 months) roles in the**Tax Advisory and Review Branch**, Policy Advisory and Legal Services Division**
- **Salary $79,122**plus 12% superannuation - VPS Grade 3**
- **Based in Melbourne CBD, with hybrid working arrangements**

**The opportunity**

These tax advisory roles deal with state tax objections and ruling requests from external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Technical/Review Officer will be responsible for:

- effectively managing a portfolio of low
- to medium-complexity objections and/or private rulings across all revenue lines

**Who we are looking for**

To be successful in these roles, you will have:

- sound research, analytical and investigative skills to review low to medium complexity objections and provide tax technical advice
- excellent communication skills

A relevant qualification in law, accounting or commerce will be well regarded. If you are a graduate, or are experienced in law, accounting or commerce, we encourage you to apply.
