** Your New Role Looks Like This**
You'll work closely with the Legal team, delivering high-quality contracting and legal support across the Home Health platform, playing a key part in serving the needs of customers in their health and wellbeing.
You'll draft and review brokerage agreements, service agreements, supplier contracts and other legal documents, liaise with Legal Counsel on complex matters, conduct legal research, and support compliance activities. It's a varied role where attention to detail and strong stakeholder relationships are essential.
Based in Melbourne, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working in a 3-office / 2-home hybrid setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce and review brokerage agreements, service agreements, supplier contracts and other legal documents
- Draft contracts and correspondence, including formatting and proofreading, for the Home Health business
- Liaise with Legal Counsel for reviews, queries and support on complex matters
- Arrange for execution of contracts and manage the contract process through electronic systems
- Conduct legal research on relevant legislation, case law and regulatory requirements, and prepare draft legal advice and briefing notes
- Support with compliance checklists, risk assessments, property searches and entity searches
- Provide administrative and legal support for projects, including assisting with tribunal matters and regulatory inquiries
- Maintain matter management systems and document files for all matters
** About You**
- Demonstrated experience in contract management and legal support within a corporate or legal services environment
- Strong understanding of legal and commercial frameworks, particularly in contract law and compliance
- Ability to manage timeframes, balance priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation
- Self-starter who takes ownership and accountability for outcomes
- Any exposure to, or interest in the Aged Care Act is a bonus, as is tertiary background in related disciplines.
