**Role Purpose**:
As a Platform Educator, your goal is to deliver data to various user groups via different mediums to increase data literacy among hospital staff and corporate analysts. This role aims to improve financial performance by enabling more informed decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff, business managers, and data analysts using various communication mediums.
Provide Microsoft Power BI training to enable self-service capabilities for data analysts and finance teams.
Use project management and organizational skills to manage training programs effectively.
Collaborate with D&A to action feedback and improve training programs.
Utilise strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with executives and managers.

**Requirements**:
Strong communication skills, including storytelling and other creative mediums.
Project management and organisational skills.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs for various audiences.
Microsoft Power BI proficiency.
Relevant software skills to develop training content.
