**The Role**

You will be provided with comprehensive 1-on-1 training to give you the best start to your new career.

The role of being a Recruitment Consultant includes, but is not limited to:

- Liaising with clients to determine job briefs and creating attractive advertisements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

**About You**
As mentioned, you will have prior exposure to the geology industry. You will understand industry jargon, as well as understand the different specialisations and areas of geology. There is no prior requirement for recruitment experience, but high-level communication skills are vital to this position.
- Confident and influential phone manner / customer service skills
- Motivated, ambitious, and resilient; eager to succeed
- Eager to learn, actively seeking continuous improvement
