Our Security Company is seeking an experienced Crowd Controllers/ Night Club Security Guards to join our team around, Brisbane and Gold coast areas. As an employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patrons at our client's popular nightclub venues.

What you'll be doing
- Providing crowd control and security services at the entrance and within the nightclub premises
- Monitoring and managing patron behaviour to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Responding to and resolving any incidents or disturbances that may arise
- Liaising with venue management, fellow security staff, and emergency services as needed
- Adhering to all relevant security, health, and safety protocols

What we're looking for
- BIG, STRONG individuals with previous experience in crowd controlling, security, or nightclub/hospitality roles.
- Proven track record in busy nightclubs, as our environments can be rough.
- Must be available to work on the weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patrons
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Certification in crowd control or security guard training
- RSA certification and ability to provide first aid.

Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
