**Electronic Security Lead Technician - $100,000 + Work Vehicle Provided**

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an **experienced Electronic Security Technician** to lead our technical team. If you have **extensive Integriti knowledge** and want to step up into a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.

**The Role**
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of electronic security systems — with a key focus on **Integriti access control and intruder alarms**.
- Manage and support a team of field technicians, providing technical guidance, and troubleshooting.
- **Be the lead technician for onsite installs and assist in on-the-job training of our growing workforce.**:

- Coordinate projects, plan workloads, allocate resources, and ensure projects meet deadlines and high quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects smoothly and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Assist with quoting, system design, site requirements, and technical documentation where needed.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, site safety, and industry standards.

**About You**
To be successful, you’ll have:
✔ Extensive experience in the electronic security industry, with strong hands-on knowledge of **Integriti systems**.
✔ Expertise in alarms, CCTV, access control, and system integration.
✔ A current Security Licence (or willingness to obtain one).
✔ White Card and Manual Driver’s Licence.
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to support and lead a team.
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills.
✔ Additional certifications (EWP, Working at Heights) are an advantage.
