**About the Company**

Talent International have partnered with a large, prestigious Australian company in sourcing an experienced Technical Analyst.

**About the Role**

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the availability of core IT infrastructure components on a 24/7 basis, as well as providing support for both internal and external customer-facing technology.

**Requirements**:

- 4 + years' hands-on experience in network support/IT Service Management
- Proven experience in any of the following:Cisco/Aruba networking, Wireless Technology, Firewall management (ideally Checkpoint or similar)
- Network routing and switching experience
- Level 3 in IT infrastructure support
- CCNP Certification or similar is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work over a 24/7 roster
- Ability to analyse and resolve complex network incidents
