We are seeking for an experienced Capability Cost Analyst to join our team within the Federal Government Department in Canberra.

The Capability Cost Analyst is required to lead the development of cost estimates for LC4 project and program submissions. They will coordinate Land C4 specific modelling and collaboratively work with Land Capability Division cost estimation workforce. They will provide SME advice and manage the development of tranche and project cost models as required ensuring a programmatic view and consistency across the projects, current tranches and future tranches. This position works to the SO1 Capability Development.

**Essential Criteria**:
Proven experience in project cost model development.

Previous experience in Defence financial management positions.

Degree in relevant field.

Experience with the Capability Lifecycle

Experience providing security input and guidance to Defence projects at various points of the Capability Lifecycle
