Let's talk about the team:
As a Test Analyst at Capgemini you will be working across a range of clients and various projects, working with the delivery team ensuring high quality results. You will be responsible for executing test cases and strategies, mainly on web-based system but also extending to mobile devices. The solutions to test range from highly bespoke mining systems, ecommerce sites, customer portals or simple web sites.

Your attention to detail, ability to ask questions and inquisitive approach to quality assurance is imperative for success. This role may see you play a small Business Analyst component to prepare test cases, e.g. by validating and documenting use cases or business requirements

Let's talk about your capability and experience:

- Experience in maintaining, and executing of test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases
- Test scheduling and progress reporting
- Interacting with external/internal stakeholders with ease to gather all requirements for testing
- Managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle
- Escalating any issues and risks to the reporting manager and/or project team
- Manage non-functional testing activities (load test, penetration test, browser compatibility etc).
- Contribute to knowledge base by documenting process and procedures in Confluence for training and cross-skilling purposes
- Ensure all regression and automation suites are maintained, executed, reviewed, and updated for each release
- An infectious, positive, can-do attitude and driven to continually improve
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and / or industry certification & experience
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle and methodologies
- Working with peers and clients to ensure successful delivery
