Downer acts as the facility manager at The Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH). The RAH is the largest, busiest and most technologically advanced hospital in Australia with 800 single in-patient rooms, including 100 same-day beds and 80,000 same-day and overnight patient admissions per year.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the below skills and experience:

- Proven experience providing outstanding customer service in either a contact centre environment or in the retail or hospitality sector.
- Ability to provide professional customer service in an empathetic and solution focused manner
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Intermediate knowledge and use of commonly used software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as a demonstrated ability to provide general administrative support using computerised systems
- Active general knowledge of basic technology (desktop computers, TV screens, Audio Visual Equipment) or a demonstrated ability to learn new systems.
- Flexibility and availability to work across a 24/7 roster
