Opportunity for a **casual/part-time **experienced Pizzaiolo to join Pizza 358, a fantastic takeaway pizza shop located in the Keilor Park, Vic.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Prepare authentic handmade classic and gourmet pizzas in an efficient and consistent manner
- Be able to 'Hand Stretch' dough
- Assist in food inventory and control while properly receiving and storing stock
- Clean pizza prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, hygiene, and other health and safety guidelines

**Successful applicants will have**:

- Experience with a fast paced pizza making in a takeaway environment
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as in a small team environment
- Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience with 'electric deck ovens'
- Availability to work evenings on Monday - SaturdayPLEASE NOTE, OWN CAR IS A MUST FOR COMMUTING TO AND FROM WORK AS THERE IS LIMITED NEARBY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $29.23 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Quick service & fast food restaurant

- Evening shift
