This is your opportunity to join carsales in the role of Accounts Payable Officer on a 3-month contract. Reporting through to the Finance Manager, you will work closely with the current Accounts Payable Officer to manage the end-to-end accounts payable function for tyreconnect.

**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
- Assist with accounts payable activities, including matching purchase orders, coding of invoices, managing payment runs, supplier account management and handling of supplier account enquiries.
- Process all credit note adjustments into the general ledger.
- Assist with the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including (but not limited to) accounts payable, cash and credit card accounts.
- Maintain accurate audit trails for accounts payable transactions and assist with the collation of any information/sample requirements requested by the external auditors.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in accounts payable.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with suppliers.
- Knowledge of Netsuite and Business Central is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to commit to a 3-month contract.
