We are also committed to providing leading solutions to support our clients on their energy transition journey, while supporting their critical infrastructure needed for the success of the global energy transition required for the benefit of the world. **About the Role**: The Study Lead will assist with the development and execution of growth strategies that will lead to the growth of resources and new energy business within ANZ and globally. This role will focus on leading the pursuit and delivery of key opportunities within the resources and new energy sector. The primary focus of the role will be to support studies from our clients in Resources and New Energy but may also cross over into downstream delivery phases. This appointment will focus on developing a Jacobs offering that leverages our existing multi-disciplinary capability providing a unique value proposition for our clients. Where gaps are identified in Jacobs existing offering you wall assist to articulate and recruit to fill these gaps. Key elements of the role will include: - Instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects in the resources and new energy market. - The role will support management of the cross functional teams, in terms of team development and growth, building technical capability and growing the resources and new energy portfolio. - Key to this role will be to lead the delivery of study (and potentially delivery) phases of projects. This will require leading the interface with local and regional delivery as well as GID delivery centres in order to build and improve delivery capability and capacity to support the resources and new energy sector to meet targets. - As Study Lead you will be hands on in delivery and project management, technically excellent engineering designs and consultancy services. - Mentor and assist in the development of more junior staff. **Here’s What You’ll Need**: **Jacobs.
