**Social Media Manager**

**Job Description**:
As the Social Media Manager you will focus on developing and implementing a social media strategy for Meliora Marketing to increase our presence and help drive conversion across our social channels. The role will aim to drive following and engagement growth through the community and relevant content.

You will be the direct link between the brand and customer to further implore a degree of transparency

The role is highly autonomous and requires someone with the drive and capacity to be online 7 days a week to build an active and engaged social community.

Job Requirements:

- Develop a strong social media strategy plan to grow our social media presence and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborating with content creators to expand the reach of the brand across all social media channels including posts, stores, videos, and streams.
- Monitoring social media channels, staying up to date with current trending formats and presenting strategies to maximise the growth of the brand.
- Creating, implementing and maintaining a strong content plan.
- Interacting with followers by responding to enquiries, comments and complaints.
- Proactively and independently seek opportunities for growing the brands online presence through community engagement.
- Extremely proficient on all aspects of social media platforms including but not limited to: Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, Discord, Twitch, Telegram, and Whatsapp

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Kingswood, SA 5062: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
