Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) is an agency within the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority, dedicated to delivering major infrastructure projects across the state. Our work is fuelling the greatest public transport revolution in Victoria's history, helping bring to life massive projects like the Metro Tunnel, Melbourne Airport Rail and Regional Rail Revival. Major Transport Infrastructure Authority comprises of Level Crossing Removal Project, Rail Projects Victoria, North East Link Project, West Gate Tunnel Project and Major Road Projects Victoria.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role of Coordinator General is accountable for successful operational integration and whole of network oversight of the Metro Tunnel program to ensure the effective and timely delivery of network readiness activities to achieve Day 1 plus operations. The role has significant responsibility for the management of key government stakeholders including Ministers, Secretary, Department of Transport and Planning, MTIA Executive on behalf of the Project to ensure the new rail line is successfully integrated into the broader rail network.
