**Your New Firm**
Our client is specialist boutique firm with a focus on infrastructure, construction, engineering and resources disputes nationally. They have been operating in the Brisbane legal market for over a decade servicing both local and global brand name clients in large multi-million disputes where 1st tier law firms are often on the other side.

With experience in premier Australian firms, the firm's Partners are recognised as specialists in the construction disputes area. It is this expertise, market reputation and informal workplace culture which sets them apart.

**Your New Role**
Your new role will see you working on challenging disputes that will give you exposure to work that many top tier firm counterparts would not necessarily see at this stage of their career. From day one, you will get involved in assisting more senior lawyers in major projects that involve larger complex disputes or anticipated claims as well as acting for engineers in pre-claim work.

**Your Skills Profile**
- At least 2-6 years PAE in construction or commercial disputes (more senior practitioners are welcomed to apply)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High interest in client relationship management and development
- A positive, mature attitude and preparedness to take on a challenge regardless of its size; and
- A self-starter with a curious mind and strong attention to detail.
