**About the Role**:
As a **Support Worker**, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their everyday needs, ensuring they receive the care and support they deserve. Your responsibilities may include:

- **Personal Care** - Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- **Mobility Support** - Helping clients move around safely and providing transport to appointments or community activities.
- **Companionship & Emotional Support** - Engaging in conversations, social activities, and fostering a positive environment.
- **Household Assistance** - Light cleaning, cooking, and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- **Medication Support** - Assisting with medication administration as per guidelines.
- **Rehabilitation & Therapy Assistance** - Supporting clients with prescribed therapy exercises.
- **Record Keeping** - Monitoring and documenting client progress and reporting any changes.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support (preferred).
- First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transport (preferred).
- COVID-19 vaccination (as per health guidelines).
- Mental Health experience preferred

Pay: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
