**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Creating an exceptional store environment that delivers elevated customer experiences
- Owning the store’s financial performance by driving KPIs, managing budgets, and delivering EBIT results
- Leading daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, omni-channel sales, and security
- Coaching, developing, and motivating your team to achieve individual and collective goals
- Ensuring compliance with policies, WHS, and company procedures
- Acting as a true brand ambassador, upholding Bevilles’ values
- Building a customer-first culture that fosters loyalty and sales excellence

**About You**
- 3-5 years of retail management or leadership experience (jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brand preferred)
- Proven track record of driving results in a KPI-focused retail environment
- A natural leader passionate about coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams
- Professional presentation and polished communication skills
- Tech-savvy with an openness to omni-channel retail strategies
