**Your new Role**:
The Theatre Supervisor will supervise 003 Theatre / Endoscopy Wardspersons and 002 General Services Assistants are to provide a high standard cleaning service, support services, and patient care activities to Logan Hospital's Operating Suite and Endoscopy Department.
**About You**:
You will be values-driven, have a friendly personality and be a team player with the ability to:
Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills
Utilise experience to handle a wide range of enquiries and provide excellent customer service
Use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
Build relationships, with strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
Prioritise workloads during busy periods and adapt quickly to changing priorities
