**About the role**

As a Direct Fulfilment Specialist, your role is to support our customers into their homes and know it contributes to ‘Helping all Australians get ahead’.

You will support delivery of the 3 year Business Plan by turning customers into advocates through providing great customer outcomes for every customer. You will do this by living our Customer Promises, being quick and easy to deal with, expertly managing quality and risk and ensuring I keep our customers informed every step of the way.

**About you**

A true customer service professional, you ooze efficiency, resilience, and maturity, you’re a team player with amazing communication skills. You will have a background in a contact centre environment within the financial services sector.

In addition, you'll possess;
- Strong ethical belief system and evidence of executing through business development
- Knowledge and experience of working effectively with stakeholders
- General understanding of market and competitor developments
- Technically sound in credit assessment, lending principles and whole of bank products.
- Understanding of appropriate Regulatory Acts
