- PoV Grade 2.1, $ $56,834 - $64,911 (pro rata) + 11.5% superannuation

The Parliamentary Administration Act 2005 and the Parliamentary Officers (Non-Executive Staff - Victoria) Single Enterprise Agreement will be revised during 2025 and is a nexus agreement to the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement. It is anticipated that the revised salary range for Grade 2.1 will be $60,295 - $68,864 (pro rata).

**About the role**

The Learning and Capability Administrator supports the efficient delivery of learning activities, ensuring quality administration of training logistics, system updates, and compliance tracking. Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining learning portal records, cancellations, and logistics for workshops, including catering and room setups
- Responding to Learning & Capability (L&C) queries, collecting feedback, and tracking mandatory compliance programs and onboarding
- Assisting with L&C initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and managing administrative tasks like scheduling and preparing meeting materials.

**About you**

You are detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, able to efficiently juggle multiple tasks and meet competing priorities. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you effectively engage with a wide range of individuals.
- Available for on-site attendance during in-person training activities, with flexibility in weekdays and times.
