**THE ROLE**

The role of the Telephone Counsellor is to provide counselling and support to parents and carers in order to strengthen their capacity to parent and assist their child to achieve his/her potential.

**Are you**:

- Able to demonstrate advanced counselling skills?
- Able to assist callers to develop/enhance their own solutions/strategies?
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team?
