UGL Regional Linx are looking for a passionate & enthusiastic Project Administrator to join our team.

The CRN - Country Regional Network ensures the safe movement of people and goods throughout the regions of NSW, and links Sydney to many of the State’s important regional centres.
UGLRL is proud to be entrusted with the operations and maintenance of this important piece of rail infrastructure.

**Job Purpose**

To provide professional administration and documentation support to the projects as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage trust account and reporting
- Complete monthly reconciliations
- Stock and inventory control
- SAP maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals, queries including processing
- Reconciliation of project travel and accommodation costs
- Process monthly accruals
- Undertake any ad hoc projects, initiatives and due diligence as directed
- Provide timely and accurate reports

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in SAP essential
- Minimum 2 years in a Finance project admin role
- Relevant degree or qualifications in business, engineering, finance, supply chain or project management
