**The Company**:
The Australian division of a global, industry-leading systems integrator that designs, installs and services electronic security, fire alarm and life safety systems.

**The Role**:
Under general supervision, answer, respond to and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls by handling these in a professional, efficient, effective and timely manner.

This role provides coordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated locations.

**The Person**:

- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills along with familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Security or Construction Industry experience desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years previous call centre, dispatch or administrative experience required.

You are available immediately to commit to a minimum of 3 months.

**Covid vaccination certificate mandatory.
