As a member of the Orbus Consultancy Team, your primary focus will be to engage in implementation and broader consultancy services for existing and new customers. Consultants work across both of our products iServer and iServer365. The role is predominantly focused on post-sales activities, spanning requirements gathering, tool configuration, delivering product training, best practice advice, and more advanced consultancy engagements (typically 1 12 weeks in duration). However, there will also be pre-sales elements to the role, including managing Proof of Concepts (PoC) for prospective clients, and showcasing how our products deliver value via demonstration workshops.

Core Responsibilities: *
- Workshops / meetings with customers to understand their requirements
- Demonstration of Orbus products and solutions to potential customers
- Building tailored Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations for potential customers. The Consultant is required to work with the sales representative to demonstrate the key objectives and deliverables to customer stakeholders
- Managing one-to-three-month consultancy engagements for customers

- User training (both for iServer and iServer365)
- Administrator training (both for iServer and iServer365
- Train the Trainer courses (both for iServer and iServer365) Running training courses and building custom training material tailored to customer usage
- Online webinars to the global customer base on tool best practice with focus on EA, BPA and SPM topics
- New customer deployments configuring and customizing Orbus product and solutions in line with customer requirements
- As an EA / BPA expert, mentoring customers through their journey in Enterprise Architecture and Business Process initiatives
- Solution development assisting the product development team in scoping new product enhancements and solutions
- Ensuring the Orbus CRM is kept updated by tagging all correspondence with customers

Requirements: *
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture initiatives
- Experience using Enterprise Architecture tools
- Motivation to work to deadlines and to perform individually whilst still working as part of both a regional and a global team
- Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate value proposition to customers through consulting service engagements
- Ability to absorb technical information and communicate this clearly to varied audiences
- Up to 50% travel as part of onsite consulting engagements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, related field of study or equivalent
- Demonstrable EA experience working in a fast-paced organization or with a software vendor
- Proficient in MS Visio, SharePoint, and the wider Office365 suite
- Any relevant professional certifications - i.e. TOGAF, ArchiMate, COBIT, ITIL, Prince II
