**About the Role**

As a Zero Harm Advisor, you will actively support, coach, mentor and provide HSE advice to our team providing routine maintenance, breakdown response, and major outages planning. During delivery of major outages, you will lead a team of Zero Harm Advisors temporarily on site to support the 24/7 operations and increased personnel numbers. You will take a one-team approach to interact with our client’s HSE team and site leadership to align our safety systems and cultures and work collaboratively with client and Downer stakeholders to respond to and investigate incidents.

This dynamic site-based role will involve exposure to a mix of disciplines with a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Work Health, Safety and Environment objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business.

**About You**
- Previous experience working in Power stations is desirable
- 5 years experience in a similar role as a minimum
- Previous recent experience on Shutdowns and / or Construction/ Mining Projects
- Cert IV in WHS as a minimum
- Cert IV Trainer & Assessor certificate is desirable
- ICAM investigation skills and competency a minimum
- An understanding and a working knowledge of WHS practices and current legislation
- Competent with Microsoft Office and other software packages
