About the Centre:

Little Beginnings Fernhill Road, located in Port Macquarie are looking for a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher.

At Little Beginnings Fernhill Road, our team of professionals work in partnership with families to provide their children with quality education and care. We support children in developing lifelong skills through our play-based curriculum and foster the development of socio-emotional skills through our relationship focused philosophy.

About the Role

- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
