We're looking for **Supervisors - Crop Care** to lead teams in the care and cultivation of crops, ensuring performance targets and quality standards are met. Locations: VIC (Warragul, Tatura, Mansfield, Katunga, Ravenhall, Epping)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead teams in pollination, pruning, pest control, and crop maintenance
- Monitor crop health and ensure procedures and hygiene protocols are followed
- Coordinate with senior growers and departments on crop and greenhouse needs
- Manage equipment, stock levels, rosters, and WHS processes
- Provide team training, support, and performance management

**About You**:

- Cert IV + 1 year experience (minimum)
- Team leadership experience
- First Aid (or willing to obtain), forklift licence desirable
- Physically fit and able to work in warm conditions
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
