Junior Production Horticulturist

We’re seeking **Junior Production Horticulturists** to assist Supervisors in managing crop care and picking strategies, ensuring production goals are met. Location: Location: VIC - Warragul, Tatura, Mansfield, Katunga, Ravenhall & Epping

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform crop care and picking tasks to meet targets
- Support Supervisors and cover key duties during absences
- Train and mentor new staff on procedures and techniques
- Monitor crop health, pests, and diseases; report findings
- Assist with SOPs, hygiene protocols, and disease prevention
- Contribute to planting, trials, and greenhouse upkeep
- Operate crop care trolleys and maintain equipment

**About You**:

- Cert III/IV in Horticulture or 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- Computer literacy; climate software experience preferred
- Forklift and ChemCert licences desirable
- Physically fit, reliable, and safety focused
