Scotford Fennessy is currently seeking a
**Warehouse Supervisor** for one of our Clients in the forestry and gardening equipment industry for their Perth Warehouse.

Work autonomously and manage the incoming goods, storage, and inventory control of the Welshpool warehouse while ensuring the efficient outgoing flow of goods to customers to achieve Customer Satisfaction.
- **$75k-$80k Annual Salary**:

- **Full-time Permanent position**:

- **Monday to Friday 38 hours p/week**:

- Work with regular communication with the National Warehouse manager and stakeholders across Australia
- Efficiently coordinate bulk deliveries of Forestry and gardening equipment

**Skill requirements**:

- Certificate in Warehousing and Logistics or similar qualification
- Appropriate Material handling licenses
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft products, Excel and Outlook
- Be able to adapt to new systems and software
- Forklift license
- WHS certification
- First aid certificate

**Duties Include**:

- Oversee the daily warehouse functions ensuring all stakeholders are adequately supported through best practices
- Clear goal setting for the department, track progress, provide feedback and address performance issues promptly
- Planning of overall warehouse layout, ensuring optimisation of work and material flows, maximising efficiencies
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace
- Facility and security management to align with National Standards
- Monitor, prioritise and delegate incoming workloads to optimise team availability and response times
- Ensure daily orders and service levels are managed to exceed all customer expectations and KPI targets
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Process warehouse documentation accurately
- Develop warehouse projects implementing new procedures, equipment, and technology upgrades
- Liaise with purchasing team to create a streamlined supply chain process
