**Company Overview**:
Our client, a Western Australian ASX-listed exploration company focused on discovery of critical minerals and gold projects spanning the Pilbara and Goldfields, is currently seeking a Project Exploration Geologist.

As Project Exploration Geologist, you will identify, evaluate, and advance exploration targets in the critical minerals space. You will work closely with an experienced team to design and execute exploration programs, interpret and analyse data, and generate targets for follow-up drilling. You will also provide technical expertise to support the development of geological models and resource estimates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate and prioritise exploration targets;
- Support execution of project drilling activities;
- Execution of mapping, sampling and geophysics;
- Interpret and analyse geological, geochemical and geophysical data;
- Develop and maintain geological models to support resource estimation and mining studies;
- Collaborate with other members of the exploration team and external consultants to achieve project goals;
- Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- University qualification in Geoscience discipline;
- At least 3 years of experience in exploration geology, preferably in hard rock commodity discipline;
- Strong understanding of mineral deposit geology and required exploration techniques;
- Experience with GIS software (e.g. ArcGIS, Leapfrog, Micromine);
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Willingness to work on a campaign basis in remote locations.
