SYNOPSIS:
This position reports to the Head of Exhibitions and is responsible for the project management and preparation of works of art from the permanent collection for displays in Partner galleries as part of the Sharing the National Collection team. The position is the key point of contact between the Exhibitions and Sharing the National Collection teams. The position will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary project teams and will liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders including registration, conservation and contractors to deliver the installation of works for Sharing the National Collection. Work Health and Safety is a focus with the development and review of Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analyses or Safe Work Method Statements as well as installation instructions. This position will oversee, assist in or direct the installation teams offsite at Partner venues to safely and securely install works of art.

This is a full-time, non-ongoing employment opportunity until June 2027.
