Our 37 placed family owned, and operated service is located in Blackbutt. We provide a rich, aesthetically pleasing and highly resourced service that is strongly influenced by a play
- based approach learning and attentiveness to children’s holistic development.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Hold an ACECQA approved Certificate lll or Diploma qualification or Bachelor of Education (Birth to Five Years). New graduates or those currently studying a qualification are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be a team worker with the ability to adapt to all learning environments/age groups (2 - 6years).
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality learning opportunities that promote children’s learning and development
- Available to work 7.5/8 hour shifts between the hours between 7am-6pm Monday to Friday - Rotating weekly roster 7am to 3pm and 10am to 6pm
- Hold a cleared and current Working with Children Check

You will be working alongside several trained educators who will guide your daily practices and be provided with opportunities to collaborate with our Educational Leader for further assistance and resources relevant to the Early Childhood Profession.

- Supporting Educators across the centre with the delivery of a goal-based learning and development program
- Creating and maintaining supportive and positive relationships with families, children, staff and our community
- A positivity, enthusiastic, initiative, and nurturing personality with a commitment to working with children.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment that is responsive to children’s individual learning and development needs.
- Interacting with children, families and staff in ways that demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, Child Safety Standards and Code of Ethics
- Adhere to our Policies and Procedures
