Are you an experienced Early Childhood Educator or a **mum** yourself, ready to step into a new role—without the burden of endless paperwork? **BubbaDesk Wollongong** is looking for a dedicated and passionate **carer** to join our team in a truly unique setting.

**About Us**:
BubbaDesk is a coworking space with nannies onsite, offering a calm, connected environment where parents and children thrive in separate but side-by-side spaces. We focus on building strong & collaborative relationships with parents and quality care for children aged 0-2 years—free from the traditional demands of programming and documentation.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Cert 3 or higher in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
OR 5yr + experience with babies under 2yr. Mum life counts too
Calm, approachable, and relationship-focused
Passionate about infant and toddler care
**No Juniors/Trainees please, we are not a training facility**

**Location**: BubbaDesk North Wollongong (Innovation Campus)
**Position Type**: Casual 1-3 days (flexible)
**Weekdays 8:30am - 4:30pm**
