Facilities Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to join our team in South Wharf in Melbourne. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position working on iconic client site

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the system that records all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the facility.
- Assign and distribute work orders to meet contract requirements and KPIs.
- Promptly address reported issues and coordinate efficient responses.
- Supervise and manage maintenance and support staff for the contract.
- Conduct regular inspections of services, plant, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance.

**Qualifications and Qualities**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within property management, building/facilities management, or corporate real estate.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in building/facilities management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and embrace flexible, innovative approaches.
