The Out There Group is looking for a talented and dedicated Event Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.

You will be working from our head office in sunny Kingscliff, right across the road from the beach, 30 minutes from the Gold Coast and Byron Bay and 15 minutes from Coolangatta. Your salary will be based on your experience.

**About the Role**

As an Event Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our event management team, responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events. Your creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in ensuring the success of each event.

**Responsibilities**

Event Coordinator responsibilities include the coordination and completion of activities allocated by the Event Managers on time and within budget including:
Event planning, scheduling and timeline coordination.
Liaising with stakeholders and clients.
Site planning and logistics.
Workforce planning and coordination.
Travel and accomodation planning and coordination.
Event documentation creation and coordination.
Attend meetings and create reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and contractors to ensure clear expectations.
Event time travel to site and on-site operational coordination.
Event delivery.
Post event reporting.

**Qualifications & Skills**
Tertiary education in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience (1 - 2 years) in event coordination or related roles.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in event management software and tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique event concepts.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Able to travel to events across the country.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
