About the Role
As a Trades Onboarding Coordinator, you'll recruit and onboard tradespeople and service providers, ensuring they meet our compliance and quality standards. You'll engage with tradies, verify their qualifications, and set them up for exciting work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to tradies and service providers to bring them into our network. 
- Collect and check licences, insurances, and certificates to ensure compliance with Aussie industry standards. 
- Keep accurate records of qualifications and documentation. 
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process with clear communication. 
- Work with internal teams to match tradies with suitable jobs. 
- Ensure all onboarding processes are completed efficiently and meet regulatory requirements. 
What We're Looking For
- Top-notch communication and people skills to build trust with tradies. 
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to manage documentation and compliance. 
- Experience in recruitment, admin, or a trade-related field is a bonus. 
- Knowledge of trade licences, insurances, or compliance requirements is highly valued. 
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or similar tools for record-keeping and communication.
