We are looking for a Digital, Media and PR Executive to join our team Reporting to the Media Manager ANZ and working closely with the Brand Managers, this role will be suited to a result driven digital executive, with strong interpersonal and organisation skills, with a solid understanding of digital marketing and the digital media landscape.

**About the role**
- Support in developing, leading and implementing our AU & NZ digital media strategic vision
- Play a leading role on paid media implementation
- Responsible for day-to-day management of paid media campaigns
- Ensure paid and social campaigns are delivered and service levels are met
- Social media briefing development for agency partners
- Support agency partners with campaign activation, optimisation, and reporting across paid media platforms
- Work closely with Brand team members to facilitate paid media fulfilment requirements
- Monitor performance metrics, targets and priorities for our brands
- Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates and paid and organic social best practice

**About you**
- Experience with social content production, and influencers (desirable)
- 3+ years relevant industry experience preferred (brand, agency or publisher side)
- Experience setting, measuring and tracking campaign KPIs and reporting
- Campaign and project budget management experience
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Exceptional relationship building skills and problem-solving capabilities
