In this role, you’ll turn complex workforce trends into actionable insights that shape cost optimisation, productivity, diversity, and long-term workforce planning. You’ll influence key decisions, solve challenging problems, and drive real business impact through data.

**What You’ll Do**
- ** Architect Workforce Reporting & Analytics**:Lead the development and governance of enterprise workforce reporting and analytics frameworks.
- ** Transform Data into Action**:Provide expert analysis and visualisation of people data, turning complex trends into actionable recommendations.
- ** Guide Executive Decisions**:Deliver insights to support executive decision-making across workforce planning, cost management, absenteeism, diversity, and more.
- ** Ensure Compliance & Transparency**:Oversee statutory and external workforce reporting obligations (WGEA, GRI, DJSI, HRRC, Modern Slavery).
- ** Champion Continuous Improvement**:Drive improvements in reporting efficiency, data integration, and compliance dashboards.
- ** Influence Strategy as a Trusted Advisor**:Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing strategy with data-driven insights.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experienced in workforce analytics, compliance reporting, or workforce planning.
- Skilled in **Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and managing large-scale data systems.**:

- A strong problem solver who can balance detail with strategic thinking.
- Confident in **influencing senior stakeholders** and translating complex data into clear insights.
- Curious, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement.
