The WFP Performance & Efficiency Analyst is part of the Workforce Planning Team who are accountable for the effective planning and utilisation of workforce resources across SRG. They are also accountable for the First and Second line of defence to ensure rostering compliance and accurate payment of team members.

**To excel in the role**
- You will bring your experience in managing Workforce Planning and Rostering Analytics
- Experience in finance budgeting processes and leveraging WFP system capability to develop budgets
- Knowledge of productivity systems, forecasting, budgeting and configuration within a Workforce Planning system
- Experience using PowerBi and DAX advantageous
- Strength in Stakeholder relationship management, including at Senior levels
- Communication, Consultation & Negotiation skills
